Wilhelm Construction Services Inc (“WCSI”) was incorporated in October 2007 by Nathan and Evanne Wilhelm. The goal of WCSI is to engage owners, developers, and design professionals who desire and appreciate a contractor that “goes the extra mile.” Since inception, WCSI has carved out important attributes and niches within the area that have and will continue to enable growth, these attributes include:

• WCSI is the only local construction services firm with an in-house design team that diligently works with each of its clients to understand wants, needs, budget concerns. This team also assists the client in planning and preparing for future growth and development within their new build.
  
  
• WCSI then provides advice and management in assembling a building team and develops partnerships between its own work force, local trade contractors, and suppliers.
  
  
• WCSI is unique because it is the only general contracting firm in Estevan that provides a true “Design Build” service. Clients can come to WCSI with nothing more than a vision or idea. They are then serviced by a professional team to the point where they are receiving the keys for their new building.

 

BUSINESS SERVICES

The Company’s key services provided to its customers include:

1) Project Design - Design drawings and layout drawings for new construction, renovations and additions

2) Project Management Services - Provide clients with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Site Superintendents for construction projects

3) Project Estimating and coordination Services - Project estimating for cost control and budgeting for projects. Schedule for duration of construction, ordering of site materials and establish material delivery dates

4) Site Carpenters and Labour Service - Provide a labour force for the overall construction needs such as concrete, framing, doors, widows, finish millwork, and site clean-up duties
